Introducing Gypsy Blue Vineyards
Gypsy Blue Vineyards in the Irish Hills is a beautiful new addition to the community, offering handcrafted wines, crisp hard ciders, vineyard experiences, and a one-of-a-kind flower farm setting in Hudson, Michigan.
What began as a passion project for Steve and Kristin—making wine at home and visiting wineries across the country—has grown into something truly special. After planting their vineyard in 2021 with the help of family and friends, they brought their vision to life with over 7,000 grape vines and a destination built on heritage, creativity, and connection.
Beyond tastings, Gypsy Blue is an ideal setting for private events. From weddings and corporate retreats to intimate gatherings, the property’s natural beauty—vineyard views, open green space, and thoughtfully designed event areas—creates the perfect backdrop for unforgettable moments.
One of the most unique parts of Gypsy Blue is its vibrant flower farm, known as The Fields. Guests can wander through colorful blooms, create custom bouquets, and take part in seasonal experiences like flower crown workshops and garden parties—adding something truly special to every visit.
As Gypsy Blue continues to grow, their focus remains the same: creating a space where people can gather, slow down, and enjoy the beauty of the Irish Hills. Whether you’re stopping in for a tasting, a bouquet, or a special event, it’s an experience that feels both personal and memorable.

We were proud to celebrate Gypsy Blue Vineyards with a Ribbon Cutting on Friday, May 22, 2026 at 11 AM as part of their Opening Weekend, welcoming them to the Irish Hills business community and kicking off an exciting new chapter for this beautiful destination.
