15 Years of Witches Night Out: A Brooklyn Tradition Created by Kelsey’s Boutique & Gifts
Grab your broomsticks, gather your favorite witches, and get ready for one of downtown Brooklyn’s most beloved fall traditions! The 15th Annual Witches Night Out returns Thursday, October 15, from 5:30–8:00 PM, bringing an evening of shopping, sipping, laughter, and spooky fun back to the heart of Brooklyn.
Witches Night Out is more than just a fun night downtown. It is a tradition created by Rene and Kelsey of Kelsey’s Boutique & Gifts, who organized the event as a way to bring women together while supporting Brooklyn’s local businesses.
Now celebrating its 15th year, Witches Night Out has grown into an annual tradition that draws hundreds of individuals to the area. Year after year, downtown Brooklyn fills with shoppers, friends, costumes, laughter, and plenty of witchy spirit.
The impact reaches far beyond one evening of fun. Witches Night Out gives participating businesses an opportunity to welcome new customers through their doors, reconnect with familiar faces, and showcase everything Brooklyn has to offer. It is a great example of what can happen when local businesses come together to create an experience that benefits the entire community. The Irish Hills Regional Chamber of Commerce is proud to recognize the efforts behind this beloved annual tradition and the positive impact it continues to have on our local businesses and community.
This year, guests are invited to wear their best witch attire and make their way around Brooklyn. Participating businesses will be open throughout the evening, with individual stores offering their own specials, prizes, giveaways, refreshments, activities, and other surprises.
Each participating business will also have a list available showing which locations are taking part, making it easy to shop your way through downtown and visit as many stops as possible.
