Located in Tipton, Michigan, Evans Lake Resort is a private lakeside retreat situated on Evans Lake, a 201-acre all-sports lake in the Irish Hills. With 10 lakeside cabins, each offering a view of the water, the resort gives guests a peaceful place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy time away.
Evans Lake Resort features 350 feet of shoreline, a sandy beach, tiki bar, picnic areas, built-in charcoal park grills, private boat docking for guests, and access to the beauty of lake life right outside each cabin door. Whether guests are visiting for a quiet getaway, fishing trip, family vacation, wedding, or special event, Evans Lake Resort offers a unique setting surrounded by natural beauty.
A Lakeside Getaway for Families, Guests & Special Events
Evans Lake is known for its outdoor recreation and fishing opportunities. Anglers may find a variety of fish, including Bluegill, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Yellow Perch, and more.
The resort is designed for overnight guests, with lake access restricted to guests and by appointment only. Private boat launch access and boat rentals are available for Evans Lake Resort guests only, helping maintain a private and comfortable experience for those staying on the property.
In addition to cabin stays, Evans Lake Resort also offers a beautiful outdoor setting for weddings, reunions, and special gatherings. With lakeside views, a private sandy beach, a tiki bar, and a historic barnwood arch overlooking the water, the resort creates a memorable backdrop for life’s special moments. The property can accommodate up to 150 guests onsite for events and sleep up to 60 guests between the cabins.

During the tour, guests visiting Evans Lake Resort will have the opportunity to connect with local Realtors®, businesses, sponsors, and community partners while enjoying one of the featured lakes included in this year’s event. Evans Lake Resort will help showcase the beauty of lake living and the welcoming spirit that makes the Irish Hills such a special place to live, play, and prosper.
