The Irish Hills Regional Chamber of Commerce is excited to welcome Meckley’s Flavor Fruit Farm to our growing Chamber community!
Founded in 1956 by Ray and Louise Meckley, this third-generation family orchard has become a true destination in Irish Hills, Michigan. What began as a small family farm has grown into a thriving 70-acre apple orchard, farm market, bakery, and brewery. Visitors come from across the region to experience all it has to offer. After rebuilding from a devastating fire in 1976, the Meckley family’s resilience and dedication transformed the farm into the picturesque and welcoming destination it is today.
Meckley’s Flavor Fruit Farm offers a wide variety of apples, including McIntosh, Fuji, Gala, Jon-a-Gold, and their crowd-favorite Honeycrisp. As a result, their farm market and bakery are local treasures. They feature made-daily donuts, fresh pies, breads, jams, jellies, maple syrup, honey, and other locally sourced goods. Guests travel from near and far to enjoy their famous Apple Fritters and caramel apple pies.
